What is Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie?

Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is an international pastry world championship held every two years in Lyon. National teams compete in disciplines such as chocolate, sugar, and ice, where technique, taste, aesthetics, and teamwork are judged by an international jury.

The Swedish team

Master Pastry Chef Gustaf Mabrouk leads Team Sweden and Sweden's long-term commitment to the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. The team competed in the European selection in January 2026 and is now preparing for the next national selection, with a focus on raising the level of knowledge in the industry and inspiring future talent.
